When are you open?

We are open 7 days a week from 8am-6pm. 

Do we dispose of the packaging?

Yes, we dispose and recycle where possible all of the packaging. 

Why is commercial furniture different?

Commercial furniture is designed to have a commercial working life. Normally this furniture will be used regularly and up to 8 – 12 hours a day. It is made to a standard with tougher materials so that it will deliver trouble free performance over its life representing a great return on investment.  

Domestic furniture is normally only available for a very limited time and used for an hour or less a day so generally the production standard is not as robust. 

Do you assemble furniture?

Absolutely! We assemble, place and dispose of all packing leaving every space we curate photo ready.

I find buying furniture overwhelming will you help me choose?

Yes. We are an experienced team of interior designers and architects who make sure that your furniture will be fit for purpose, for the space, match the brief and look absolutely fabulous!

What are your lead times/delivery times?

This will depend on your project.  We have access to stock in Adelaide that is available for next day delivery if required.   

Custom manufactured items will take approximately 20 working days.  Stock we import from Vietnam, China and the UK normally takes 10 – 12 weeks.   

Delivering the right product to you on time is all part of the service so we will make sure that what we suggest will meet your deadlines, plus look amazing!  

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to order stock with the balance paid seven days prior to installation.
